A: For in-stock items, we require 100% payment prior to shipment. For custom orders, a deposit of 30% via T/T is required before production, with the remaining 70% due upon receipt of the BL copy before delivery. We will provide photos of the products and packaging before the final balance is paid.

A: We can provide samples if we have the required parts in stock. However, customers are responsible for the sample cost and courier charges.
